By accessing or using InsuranceTrainer.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

InsuranceTrainer.ai provides an AI sales training platform that enables insurance professionals to practice conversations, receive coaching feedback, and track performance.

Account registration

You must provide accurate, complete information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with our systems or data.
• Do not use InsuranceTrainer.ai to build or train competing AI sales training services.

Intellectual property

We own the InsuranceTrainer.ai platform, including our AI models, user interface, branding, and content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

User content

You retain ownership of your recordings and training content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and display your content to deliver coaching insights.

Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled. Subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

Disclaimer of warranties

InsuranceTrainer.ai is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsuranceTrainer.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsuranceTrainer.ai from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
